The Journey So Far
2019
In 2019, after a successful five years of growth for Elite Kids Coaching, the decision was made to design an online resource. Activities were filmed, lesson plans were written, all from our base in Castleford, West Yorkshire.
The mission: inspire one million children through the power of PE and Sport.
2020
In September 2020, PE Pro launched its online platform, providing lesson plans and videos for Early Years, Key Stage One, Lower Key Stage 2, and Higher Key Stage 2.
We were honoured to have Jason Robinson OBE join us as an ambassador.
2021
In 2021, we launched our Dance and Gymnastics topics, providing easy-to-navigate lesson plans for two of the toughest topics in Physical Education. Our activity videos allowed teachers to deliver in the confidence that their lessons were safe, engaging and progressive..
2022
In 2022, we launched our Active Primary CPD days, an opportunity for teachers to enjoy a day of practical learning.
Inviting specialists in the field to deliver keynotes and practicals, our delegates in London, Leeds, Kent and Sheffield have benefitted in the past from Professor Kevin Till, physical literacy specialist Gethin Thomas, former AFPE CEO Sue Wilkinson MBE, Ofsted inspector Steve Caldecott, plus many more.
2023
2023 saw the launch of Outdoor Pro, a first-of-its-kind Outdoor Education online scheme.
Outdoor Pro follows the proven system of PE Pro, combining detailed lesson plans with activity videos to increase the confidence of staff when delivering outdoors!
2024
In 2024, we undertook the biggest update of PE Pro yet. Our videos had a refresh to reflect our exciting partnership with Decathlon.
The information was transformed to include STEP for progression (space, task/time, equipment, people) and SEND adaptations.
2025
2025 saw the introduction of Peppy!
Peppy the PE Pro Panther was designed by a child at one of our partner schools, following a national campaign. Peppy appears in our lesson plans and SEND resources, and will be prevalent across our marketing and website moving forward.

Ryan Hudson
Director
After 15 years of playing in Super League and International Rugby, Ryan’s passion for coaching and physical activity led to various roles within rugby, sport and education. In 2019, after years of consulting Physical Education academics and teachers, PE Pro was created. Ryan’s aim is to inspire 1 million children to lead a healthy and active lifestyle through the power of PE.

Will Stoker
Operations Manager
Will has worked in primary education since the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Coaching and Exercise six years ago. With a passion for delivering high-intensity, fun and engaging PE lessons, Will is driven to raise the standards of Primary PE teaching across the UK.

Jamie Cording
Partnerships Manager
Jamie is a former professional Rugby League player, having played in Super League and Championship. During his time at Featherstone Rovers, Jamie studied a Sports Coaching and Performance degree whilst coaching across key stages alongside playing. Following this, Jamie studied his PGCE at Leeds Beckett University and was a Primary School Teacher for five years. Jamie’s wealth of knowledge across coaching and teaching ensures he understands quality PE and outcomes for all children.

Jack Render
Head of Marketing
Jack is a current professional rugby player for the Batley Bulldogs, who’s worked for the Elite group since 2017. His progression from junior content designer with Elite Kids to Head of Marketing across the whole Elite Group is testament to his dedication and willingness to learn.
