PE Pro provides detailed lesson plans from Early Years to Year 6.
Each plan is divided into five sections: Get Active, Athletic Development, two Skills, and one Game.
Every activity includes a clear description in bullet point form, adaptive teaching ideas using STEP (space, task/time, equipment, people), and specific SEND adaptations.
To support teachers further, every activity is accompanied by a short video showing the setup and providing a clear visual demonstration.
Lesson Plans
Our built-in assessment tool makes it easy for teachers to track and support every child’s progress throughout the year. Delivered three times annually, the assessments combine both practical and theoretical elements.
The practical assessment measures key areas of physical development – locomotor skills, object control, and stability – while the theory assessment focuses on the four pillars of physical activity: confidence, competence, motivation, and knowledge and understanding.
This balanced approach provides a clear picture of each pupil’s abilities, enabling schools to celebrate progress and identify where additional support will have the greatest impact.

Outdoor Pro is a comprehensive outdoor education platform designed to support educators in delivering engaging, structured lessons for children from EYFS to Key Stage 2. Developed by specialists with expertise in primary education, special educational needs, and Forest Schools, the app makes outdoor learning accessible, enjoyable, and effective for all teachers.
